Key Responsibilities

  • Expert Consultation: Advise clients using your expertise in SAP modules, providing tailored solutions and promoting standard SAP practices for business processes.
  • Functional Changes: Work on functional changes, including projects and estimates, delivering high-quality results on time.
  • Team Support: Assist the Team Leader during the estimation process and proactively inform them of any risks.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of your deliverables, adhering to agreed planning and estimations, and resolving issues according to SLA.

Required Skills And Experience

  • SAP Mastery: Proficient in PA/OM, HR tables, and HR objects.
  • Technical Skills: Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills in ABAP, with experience in SAP Web Dynpro ABAP, POWL, BADIs, Smartforms, and HCM Forms and Processes (ESS/MSS).
  • Integration Knowledge: Familiar with analysing and documenting system interface requirements between applications and the SAP system.
  • Workflow Expertise: Experience in Workflow, ALE/EDI is a plus.
  • HR Module Expertise: Mastery of SAP HR modules such as ADMIN, TIME, and PAY.
  • Change Management: Skilled in effective change management processes, including requirement analysis, functional specification writing, testing, formal validation, and documentation.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Quick Learner: Ability to grasp new technologies quickly and self-learn new applications to meet project requirements.
  • Communication Skills: Fluent in oral communication in Dutch, French, and English. Strong writing skills in Dutch or French and English.
