What are your responsibilities?

You make sure that different teams (development, analysis and testing) work in a collaborative and iterative way, focusing on business value delivery
You are a facilitator and support your teams in all the agile ceremonies:
- Sprint Planning
- Backlog grooming and refinement
- Sprint Demos and Retrospectives
- 3 Amigos, Stand ups
You will need to write documentation (configuration manual, best common practices, ...)
You continuously improve the way of working and help the teams improve their predictability, productivity and quality

Qualifications

Job requirements

Must have:
- Knowledge on various Agile frameworks
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
- Change management – drive change towards an agile mindset
Nice to have:
- Agile Portfolio management
- Scaled Agile experience (SAFe, Nexus, ..)
- Certified Scrum Master or equal through experience
  - Fluent in English with Dutch and/or French (one of this national language is mandatory)
