Omschrijving:

USG Professionals is looking for a Scrum Master for our client in the region of Brussels.

Responsabilities:

  • Facilitate a sprint with all the scrum events in a productive and efficient way
  • Help and support team to keep high technical quality
  • Facilitate internal & cross team communication and effective collaboration
  • Be able to coach and mentor a product owner in managing the product backlog and making it transparent
  • Motivate a team and help to work as one team
  • Help team to implement changes effectively
Profiel
  • Facilitation, coaching, training skills
  • Experienced and professional scrum master, experienced with creating a self-managed high performing team
  • Customer centric
  • Excellent knowledge of SCRUM techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement...),
  • Excellent knowledge of Scrum as describe in the SCRUM guide
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Trainer and workshop facilitator when/as needed by the team and by the organisation
  • Coach and mentor team members in Agile frameworks to become empowered and self managed team, being able to deal with impediments on team
  • Inspire team as a leader
  • Nice to have knowledge: Kanban, XP, LESS, design thinking, SCRUM at scale, OKRs, story mapping, system thinking
  • SM and scaled SCRUM certificate is a plus
