Responsibilities:

  • Identify, diagnose, and efficiently resolve technical issues.
  • Providesecond-line technical support to internal teams and clients.
  • Collaborate with the first-line team to resolve complex cases and transfer knowledge.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of technical support processes.
  • Document procedures and resolutions to create a knowledge base.
  • Maintain open and effective communication with clients and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in first or second-line technical support or IT engineering.
  • Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
  • Knowledge of operating systems, networks, and related technologies.
  • Communication and customer relationship skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Desire to learn and continuously improve.
