(Senior) Manager IT Governance, Risk and Compliance

Roles & Responsibilities

As our team continues to grow, we are looking for a driven (Senior) Manager.

• You will develop a portfolio of clients by building and maintaining strategic relationships with senior stakeholders of existing or new clients.
• You will lead and contribute to the development of proposals.
• You will follow market trends, competitor activities and products/services.
• You will anticipate current and future needs of the firm based on extensive research and deep understanding of client business/industry.
• You will plan and execute client engagements focusing on GRC topics like UAM, Internal controlling, assessments and mitigations of risks in IT environments.
• You will present reports/findings to Senior Executives in consultation with Partners and/or Directors and you will enable clients to make informed decisions for their business.
• You will manage and motivate client engagement teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. Support and coach them in their professional career and act as a sounding board towards your team.
• You will demonstrate strong conceptual and professional knowledge (in combination with strong functional and technical capabilities are a plus).

Skills & Qualifications

• You have a Master degree (or Bachelor and equivalent by experience).
• You have minimum 6 years of experience in any of the following areas: IT audit, security design/re-design, GRC implementation.
• You are a strategic thinker, able to clearly articulate a vision for the function as input for strategic business planning.
• Your knowledge, communication and qualitative work are exemplary towards the client, making you a valuable business partner by building solid relations.
• You have knowledge and/or multiple certifications in GRC tooling (SAP GRC, ServiceNow GRC).
• You have knowledge of ERP systems like SAP/Microsoft Dynamics and GRC technologies. (or have equally valuable experience in working with and/ or implementing one or more of those systems or technologies)
• One or more certifications in PMI, Prince2, SAP Activate, Scrum or other project management methodologies is a plus.
• You are fluent in English and Dutch/French.
