Impeccable site experience and flawless execution becomes even more important to serve our consumers the best version of the brand experience.PAGE-BREAKPAGE-BREAKPOINTER-MARK The purpose of this role is to help to manage the day to day site maintenance of Levi.com. This is split into 3 areas; product enrichment and go live, promotion and pricing activities, reporting of site bugs and quality assurance.PAGE-BREAKPOINTER-MARK The Site Operations Intern works closely with the Site Operation team and report to the Site Operation Specialist to support the Site Merchandising and Front End team to drive the site experience in line with local marketing and product calendars.PAGE-BREAKPAGE-BREAKThis person will master the tools that are behind the customer experience of Levi.com, using co-ordination of information, stakeholders and the tools to drive the best in class consumer journey on the site.PAGE-BREAKPAGE-BREAKSupport the Site Operation team in the daily work, taking over key web operations for the set-up and maintenance of the websites. Work in contact with different functions (ecom marketing, Site merchandising, site operations, IT Support). The Intern will report directly to the Web Ops Specialist .PAGE-BREAKPAGE-BREAKKey tasks:PAGE-BREAKPAGE-BREAKDay to Day Site Management and Product Go Live:PAGE-BREAKPAGE-BREAK- Ensure flawless launch of new products on the site in line with product and marketing calendarPAGE-BREAKPAGE-BREAK- Sourcing enrichment information (i.e. pricing from Merch Seasonal Files and chasing up if missing data)PAGE-BREAKPAGE-BREAK- Provide Missing enrichment report weekly for the relevant POC, update the assortment with the ADDs/DROPs, changing start date and end date for products according to the product assortment file. Working with Site Merch team on missing enrichment information to ensure products go live as soon as possible.PAGE-BREAKPAGE-BREAK- Working in Salsify (PIM tool) and Hybris Backoffice on the product enrichmentsPAGE-BREAKPAGE-BREAK- File uploads through Salsify (images, price, badge, Country Adoption, etc.) and site check/audit.PAGE-BREAKPAGE-BREAK- Update, upload and maintain price information for all EU countries in different currencies according to the Merch Seasonal FilesPAGE-BREAKPAGE-BREAK- Remove product from the site after sale season ends or in case of special request, and track the removalPAGE-BREAKPAGE-BREAKManage Promotional:PAGE-BREAKPAGE-BREAK- Set up and execute promotions on all transactional websites across Europe according to Retail and eCommerce promotional calendar by countryPAGE-BREAKPAGE-BREAK- Create Sale price and badge files for promotions and push them live on the sitePAGE-BREAKPAGE-BREAKProject Management driving Tools, Process and Site Experience Improvements:PAGE-BREAKPAGE-BREAK- Work with IT Support team on site/server issues and following up on returned error filesPAGE-BREAKPAGE-BREAK- Q&A the sites for continuous improvements PAGE-BREAKPAGE-BREAK- Implement regional and country-specific navigation updatesPAGE-BREAKPAGE-BREAK- Implement ad-hoc updates of copy when necessaryPAGE-BREAKPAGE-BREAK- Own side projects and work to improve process with the WebOp team membersPAGE-BREAKPAGE-BREAK- Adapt product sorting to regional and country needs to drive conversionPAGE-BREAKPAGE-BREAK- Manage requests to the global team for all problems that cannot be solved at EU levelPAGE-BREAKPAGE-BREAK- Participate in weekly production meetings with EU Merchandising and Global Web OperationsPAGE-BREAKPAGE-BREAK- Look after the Smaller Markets, and provide the necessary information for the external partnerPAGE-BREAKPAGE-BREAK- handle Internal query tool in a daily basisPAGE-BREAKPAGE-BREAK- Support cluster related request (North & South)PAGE-BREAKPAGE-BREAKRequirements PAGE-BREAKEducation: PAGE-BREAKPAGE-BREAKUniversity Undergraduate Degree preferred (ideally in the field of analysis, business, research methods, economics, marketing, statistics, etc.). Masters in similar areas preferred. Courses in Project ManagementPAGE-BREAKPAGE-BREAKExperience: Some experience working on projects that involve attention to detail, processes and teamwork.PAGE-BREAKPAGE-BREAKExperience within eCommerce preferred.PAGE-BREAKPAGE-BREAKTechnical knowledge: PAGE-BREAKPAGE-BREAKAdvanced excel knowledge, Risk and Data management skills, some experience of managing back ends of web platforms would be preferred.PAGE-BREAKPAGE-BREAKOther competencies: PAGE-BREAKPAGE-BREAKExcellent Communication Skills, Strategically minded, Analytical, Works well in a Team, Organized and meticulous, Works well under pressure and a Natural Problem Solver, interest in the eCommerce and fashion industry.
