We are recruiting our future Sleep Therapy Solutions Product Manager - Benelux to join our Commercial-Marketing team in Belgium or the Netherlands.

We are looking for a talented team player to own and manage the Sleep Therapy Solutions portfolio (Sleep devices / Masks / DHT / Diagnostic) and services across the Benelux market. As a Sleep Therapy Solutions Product Manager - Beneluxyou will work closely with the marketing and commercial teams to develop, implement and monitor effective strategies and tactics in line with CMG’s vision, goals and strategic imperatives. The role is primarily responsible for driving marketing activities including short to medium term strategy execution, portfolio management, launch planning, competitive intelligence, and positioning and solution evangelism.

Let’s talk about responsibilities:
This position will report directly to the Sleep Portfolio Manager, with a dotted line to the Commercial Director for Benelux.
  • Identify, develop and implement the marketing strategy for the region and leverage the strategic initiatives across the region to drive the growth of the whole Sleep business
  • Support the development of the high level vision, goals, and strategies for the whole Sleep business across the region
  • Build a holistic view and strategy that consider the whole Sleep portfolio which is relevant and meaningful for the region
  • Go-to-market – lead the formulation and execution of the marketing plan for new launches in the Sleep product pipeline, collaborating across complex cross-functional local, regional, and global teams
  • Form successful relationships both internally, collaborating with Western Europe Country Market Group (CMG), European and Global cross-functional teams and externally, with customers, key opinion leaders and industry bodies.
  • Frequently analyse sales, market share and competitor activity. Report regularly on trends and outcomes. Identify and communicate key opportunities and threats.
  • Understand regulatory, government, reimbursement, customer and competitive environmental forces influencing the market. Identify and report major dynamics and trends
  • Manage, maintain and grow the existing Sleep portfolio throughout all phases of the product life cycle. Introduce rationalisation plans when required.
  • Provide product lifecycle and project management support across the entire Sleep portfolio
  • Identify market and customers’ pain points and needs to feedback to regional/global teams for future solutions development
  • Develop ResMed advocacy and loyalty throughout our customers to drive growth
  • Be recognized as the solution expert. Provide clinical and solution/product training support, meetings and materials for customers and sales team. Reply to customers’ emails received via webpage and telephone enquiries.
  • Collaborate with local sales, marketing and Marcomms teams to localise/create marketing communication plans and collateral tailored for local market needs.
  • Attend and project manage exhibitions/conferences to support the promotion of Sleep Therapy Solutions

Let’s talk about qualifications and experience:

  • Degree qualification in either a Marketing, Biomedical, Scientific, Engineering or Business discipline.
  • Experience in the Software / medical software / medical device and/or respiratory industry is preferred
  • +5 years’ experience in Marketing, Product Management and/or Sales, Business Development.
  • Excellent analytical skills, judgement, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience to sell cost-effectiveness solutions and high-value solutions
  • Determined, results-focused, self-motivated and innovative team player.
  • Highly ethical and acts with the utmost integrity.
  • Passionate about marketing.
  • Excellent planning, organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead others and develop strong cross-functional internal relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to manage external customer relationships and engagement.
  • Ability to manage technically complex products.
  • Highly adaptable to meet the changing needs of the business environment.
  • Innovative in the design of solution-based strategies and tactics.
  • Languages: Fluent Dutch & English mandatory, French highly desirable
  • Travels required frequently (30%)
