Terumo Europe currently has several production plants across Europe. These production plants produce the most innovative and high-quality medical products to treat people and save people’s lives daily and in the most efficient manner. Our engineering department supports the plants through the development of new machinery and continuous improvement of our production process.



Job Summary



As a Software engineer within our production plant located in Haasrode, you’ll provide your capabilities related to the engineering competence field and participants. Thereby, you’ll be directly supporting our machine engineering department in the continuous development of software for our machines and robots. You’ll report directly to the Manager New Equipment and you’ll work closely with other types of engineers who are part of the same team.



Job Responsibilities



As one of our Software engineers, you’ll be responsible for the PLC-programming in order to facilitate further innovation and the development of our machines and robots. This ranges from smaller standalone machines to complete production lines.

You’ll be responsible for writing PLC programmes in structured text and C#. The used HMI is web-based.
