Job Description:

We are hiring Senior Solution Architect. We’re an independent digital consultancy with big ambitions. With offices in Belgium, India and the UK, we support a wide range of businesses. We build digital teams and deliver digital solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • The IT architect will intervene in priority on the CMS path which aims to replace the current CMS (Orchad) by Umbraco
  • He may also be required to work on issues such as Contact Center and mobility tools. These solutions are hosted on our Azure cloud
  • Proven experience as an architect in the field of solutions (5 years minimum)
  • Excellent knowledge and proven experience in web architecture design (5 years minimum)
  • Proven experience in defining service-oriented architectures (SOA) (3 years minimum)
  • Proven experience on Azure and the different integration bricks
  • Knowledge of headless CMS
  • Knowledge and demonstrated experience in modelling techniques (UML)
  • Proven CCM (Customer Communication Management) knowledge (Exstream/Open text)

Job Summary:

  • Min. 8-10 years of experience
  • Knowledge of Contact Center environment (Genesys callcenter)
  • Knowledge of Scrum methodology
  • Knowledge of the TOGAF framework
  • Knowledge of mobile architecture
  • Fluent in English and French (C2)
  • Excellent communication
  • Hybrid model of working (2days WFH)
