Your Profile:
Language: Fluent in English (business language).
  • Education: Minimum Bachelors degree (Safety, administration, planning,...) or equivalent
through experience
  • Soft Skills:
o Independent
o Proactive Team player
o Good organisational and planning skills

o Excellent communication skills
o Strong problem solving skills and logical mindset
  • Functional skills:
o Advanced MS Excel skills
o Basic understanding of technical systems is an advantage.
o Experience with MS Sharepoint is an advantage.
  • Prior experience of working in maintenance/equipment related team is helpful.

Your team and your responsibilities:
Team/division description:
The test equipment team is ensuring the optimal condition of testing tools and installations for research
and development purposes. This job entails regular maintenance, calibration and repair of these resources
but also ensuring compliance to safety and environmental legislation.

Your responsibilities:
EMS/ISO implementation: to ensure the compliance,
1. establish R&D level’s framework for EMS/ISO activities, and
2, ensure TSPO level’s EMS implementation is planned and completed
Safety Culture:
1. To have sustainable safety culture improvement and its planning in R&D, introduce safety culture measurement
method together with PE and S&H.
2. To encourage & improve members’ engagement on the safety activity in R&D, establish process to promote
implementation of safety activity.
TESMS Corporate Procedure (Toyota Europe : Safety Management System):
To ensure R&D is compliant, as a part of Working Group, ensure feedback/input of R&D’s policy and existing practice are given
toward corporate project, and ensure the deployment of the policy (planned & execution)
Schedule and prepare meetings (team and otherwise)
  • Support administrative process and legal documentation
  • Develop schedules and follow-up
  • Prepare reports and presentations
  • Database management (report filing, data input)
