Roles & Responsibilities

  • You hold a Master’s degree preferably in economics, informatics or engineering.
  • You have 3-6 years of working experience in IT consulting and at least 2 years of hands-on experience.
  • You have a good understanding of mergers and acquisitions and the impact it has on IT.
  • You can work on ‘Deal Speed’ and board level.
  • Combining IT analysis and project execution from strategic business plan to technology impact.
  • Navigating the dynamics between ’sell-side’ and ’buy-side’.

Skills & Qualifications

While experience and academic qualifications are important, we also value other
competences, including:
  • Excellent consultancy skills to establish credibility at client level and build problem solving partnerships.
  • The ability to work independently, as well as in project teams.
  • Preferably trilingual communication skills in English, Dutch and French.
  • Mastering English is a must.
  • Deal consulting experience and mindset
  • Strong analytical and IT skills
