About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Sr. TA-Manager/HRBP responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization’s hiring needs. As leader of the TA Centre of Excellence you will drive and execute the Belgian TA strategy & planning as well as support the regional HR directors in their local TA approach.

The TA-Manager will collaborate closely with the hiring managers and play a vital role in preparing Nipro for future success and long-term growth.

We appreciate a thoughtful hands-on approach. Our international setting offers a nice environment to develop the coming years as HRBP and HR Manager.

What You’ll do

  • Co-develop, drive and execute our Talent Acquisition 2.0 strategy together with the CHRO to further optimize our recruitment effectivity.
  • Attract qualified talent, with in-depth knowledge of effective channels for candidate sourcing, such as LinkedIn, online job boards and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Guarantee a favourable experience for applicants during the entire interview journey as offering an excellent employee experience is at the core of what we do in HR.
  • Define our Game plan in recruiting through Socials.
  • Coach our internal recruiter(s) on EMEA level.
  • Interact with the internal customers and business stakeholders to understand the ever-changing needs of the departments.
  • Coordinate the yearly Workforce Planning for Belgium.
  • Create and present KPI reports.
  • Keep abreast of the latest recruiting trends across EMEA, ensuring the company’s strategies are always ahead of the curve.
  • Ensure the projects are delivered in accordance with the ISO quality requirements and by taking Nipro’s values into account.
  • Define strategies and work closely with Marketing on further enhancing our employer brand.

You will be member of the international HR leadership team and report directly into our CHRO EMEA

What You’ll Need

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition in an international company.
  • A nice mix of strategic thinking and hands on execution. You get energized by delivering results!
  • Good networker and eager to constantly follow best practices in the HR world.
  • An excellent communication style, able to engage with teams across Nipro.
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, strong sourcing skills, and knowledge of employment branding
  • Well organized, experienced in driving and executing projects in an international context.
  • A good sense of humor! No doubt, we’ll take you seriously, no need to do it yourself!
  • A passion and ability to build strong relationships with our internal customers and overall stakeholders.
  • You are an influencer at heart.
  • Familiar with the pharma or healthcare business is a plus, not a must.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written), as English is our working language.
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 2 years of sales and account management experience
  • Experience in the Medical Industry is a plus, not a must
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are committed to challenging tasks
  • You are above all customer oriented, pragmatic, showing excellent communication skills combined with a healthy dose of assertiveness
  • You are result-oriented and passionate about closing deals
  • You are always eager to learn and develop yourself further
  • You are strongly team spirit oriented with positive attitude toward shared projects
  • You are stress resistant and willing to travel frequently (up to 40%)
  • Being fluent in English and French is a must
