Support and Operations Engineer

You will join our Support team where you will support our customers and your direct colleagues. Hosted Power is a fan of cross-pollination of knowledge, so colleagues teach each other and of course the necessary training is provided to take you to the next level.

What are your superpowers?
    A basic knowledge of Windows or Linux and you would like to deepen your knowledge in this field
    Related issues such as PHP, Apache, MySQL etc. appeal to you
    A passion for technology
    A healthy ambition
    You are eager to learn
    A customer-friendly attitude, the need to help the customer forward
    You are communicatively strong in Dutch and English
Where can you help us out with?
Core Tasks:
    Install and configure new systems
    Treating the existing environments with love
    Troubleshooting and looking for solutions
    Intervene proactively if problems are noticed by our monitoring
    Providing documentation and following up a project once you are well advanced
