Your journey with us

As a Senior Consultant, you will:

• Participate in engagements linked to Sustainable Finance in the Financial Services Industry as well as in the Corporates segment, taking part in all aspects of engagement delivery.
• Taking part in delivering an innovative approach to our Sustainable Finance service offering: ESG strategy, ESG risk modeling, preparing for future compliance with requirements and expectations from regulators.
• Leverage your knowledge of Sustainable Finance to enable you to act in the capacity of ‘trusted advisor’ for clients’ stakeholders.
• Supporting the firm’s ‘talent agenda’ via the mentoring and the development of junior staff.
  
  

Let’s Talk About You

In sustainable finance, we combine many different skills and knowledge sets – having a minimum of three years of experience in either finance, risk management or sustainability is important to hit the ground running. However, it is not as important as your ability to learn and apply what you do not already know – the field evolves every day so standing still is equal to falling behind. Having to switch from working on a theoretical risk model in the morning to reviewing sustainable insurance product options in the afternoon gives you energy. You are easy to talk to, present well and can write clear reports. You know your way around the Microsoft Office applications, and look forward to working with different people you can learn from and you can teach a thing or two as well.

Our Story

Our Risk Advisory team offers services to multinational and large organizations, public institutions and private companies – both in the financial services industry as well as in the corporates segment.

From the Sustainable Finance team you will work together with financial institutions such as banks, asset managers and insurance companies in preparing their sustainability strategy and rolling out this strategy throughout the organization. You will also support corporates in preparing themselves for sustainable finance opportunities (green bond issuance and others), monitoring sustainability KPI’s and setting up sustainability reporting. Thanks to the huge potential we identify for this market and leveraging on our client connections, we can ensure a challenging and highly rewarding work environment.
