We are looking for a senior recruiter who will, with a junior recruiter, recruit candidates from junior to senior consultants for our 4 locations: Brussels, Antwerp, Amsterdam, Rotterdam. You are the point of contact for everything within recruitment for Belgium and you will have the opportunity to improve the entire recruitment process.
- Coordinate all recruitment activities for the Belgium & Netherlands Business Units.
- Gathering the right information from our partners for the various roles within the different BUs.
- Recruitment process from A-Z. Finding the right candidates, being able to convey the passion of Sia Partners, conducting initial interviews, setting up interviews and the entire organisation around it as well as the contracutel negotiations.
- Optimal use of the right channels to find suitable candidates.
- Relationship management with any brokers or recruitment partners.
- Campus recruitment
- Organising recruitment events
- Managing our Sia Partners recruitment tool Smart Recruiters.
- Support for onboarding and HR.
- You have a Master’s degree.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment.
- English, Dutch and French speaker with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and smartrecruiters is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Flexible, structured, motivated, problem-solver and people-oriented.
