Position Purpose:
We are looking for fresh and brave minds that have had their first experience in the world of Data and analytics to strengthen the IQVIA Business Intelligence and Data Science team.

Are you up for the challenge?

You will work on BI projects in multiple BI technologies with a strong focus on the end to end delivery of solutions, adding value to our clients in the pharmaceutical industry.

Depending on your background and your ambition, either a more functional or technical role can be found for you.

Principle Accountabilities:

  • Your main focus will be situated on the analysis and design of relevant BI solutions as well as the technical development of these solutions.
  • Interface with different parties to understand their business requirements, which you will translate into solutions & applications;
  • You will be involved in all phases of the project, from requirement gathering to delivery, as well as defining best practices and building innovative solutions.

    • Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:

    • A Bachelor’s or Master degree with 2 to 5 years of work experience in Business Intelligence
    • Languages: English, Dutch and/or French;
    • Willingness to be trained on the job to become a fully skilled BI consultant and deliver demanding projects;
    • A customer-oriented personality with positive drive and a pragmatic, innovative approach
    • High interest in qualitative and quantitative data analysis and interpretation.

    Any of the following elements are considered as a big plus:

    • Affinity with the healthcare sector
    • Hands-on front-end development experience in Business Intelligence projects.
    • Data modelling skills
    • Knowledge of Data Warehousing, Scorecarding and performance management solutions.
    • Knowledge of PowerBI, Qlik Sense / QlikView and other BI/DWH Tools
    • Experience in ETL development
    • Experience administering a BI platform
    • Experience or knowledge about cloud platforms, working with AWS or Azure
