Advisory - Senior Advisor

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Your role will be to participate in and co-lead digital transformation projects in the public sector.
  • You will be responsible for planning and delivery of projects; guide the project team in every phase of the project and assure customer expectations are met.
  • You will lead interviews, brainstorms and workshops to gather information, discuss performed analyses and co-design solutions.
  • You will contribute to the growth of KPMG Technology Advisory and participate in the development and implementation of our capabilities and work together on improving existing and creating new solutions.
  • You will support colleagues in writing proposals for future assignments.
  • You follow market trends and evolutions, participate in and organize networking events.

Skills & Qualifications

  • You hold a Master’s degree.
  • You have at least 4 years of experience as a business/ IT consultant (and preferably within the public sector)

    While experience and academic qualification are important, there are several other main competences we highly value, including:
  • General consulting skills and all-round expertise in business analysis and project management
  • Familiar with methods and techniques in IT-projects like requirements engineering, functional analysis and business/solution architecture.
  • Interest in public sector, government agencies and the broad political context
  • Familiar with trends in technology and digital transformation
  • Strong client orientation and being a real team player
  • Strong communication skills in English and in Dutch or French
  • Proactive and autonomous
  • A natural ambition and high motivation
