    qualifications

    • master’s degree in finance, business process management or business analysis
    • knowledge of finance process
    • project management and/or business analysis experience in a business optimization/cost reduction environment
    • knowledge of sap, power bi, bpmn, rpa
    • 5 to 8 years of experience in the controllership and business optimization environment
    • first experience with offshoring transition project, third party management and automation project is a plus
    • fluent in english (written and oral)
    • good cultural awareness and negotiating with customer competencies
    • strong interest in rpa technologies
    • good team spirit
    • ability to conduct a stakeholder analysis
    • independent interactions, confident communicator, influencing and leadership skills to ensure teams keep on track and deliver to commitments

    responsabilités

    • implement the new harmonized tp processes
    • drive process improvements in tpm
    • lead new projects in collaboration with business owners (bos) and subject matter expert (smes) for projects related to outsourcing, offshoring, tp oversight (tpo) and automation
    • finance and budget management for suppliers/tps assigned to this role
    • support resource planning and data analytics

    third party management:
    • support the execution of the resourcing strategies in gra in accordance to the gsop
    • develop the best practices to accelerate the onboarding of tps
    • support the onboarding process of tps
    • ensure tp oversight execution per gsop and master service agreements (msa)
    • finance and outsourcing budget management - manage outsourcing budget by monitoring actuals vs forecast and performing appropriate checks and control to ensure financial accuracy
    • support gra’s bos in the purchase order, contract amendment and invoicing processes
    • collaborate closely with procurement team and support gra team to implement the right governance with external services providers & ensure consistent implementation of the governance across our msas and statements of work
    • develop meaningful kpis and dashboard to monitor outsourcing/offshoring performance, risk and deliverables quality
    • support third party risk assessment and documentation including business continuity plan, risk mitigation plan and risk reduction actions
    • lead third party process improvement implementation and change management initiatives
    • support resource planning to ensure that the best fit resourcing and outsourcing strategies are executed to support gra project/activities
    • provide data analytics support to analyze gra resourcing model to identify gaps in resource requirements and provide solutions to address the resourcing gaps

    automation:
    • identify process improvement & automation opportunities within gra in coordination with smes
    • establish project charter, business requirements & specifications document for robotic process automation implementation
    • design and support test scenario execution and validation
    • drive process improvement & automation implementation and change management within gra
    • implement rpa kpis and monitoring processes
