We are currently recruiting an experienced UX Designer to design interfaces and workflows to enhance the user experience of our products. Your mission is to help make the BricsCAD interface more user-friendly and intuitive, by collaborating with our product owners, developers and the leadership team.

Your objectives

• Make amazing user interfaces that excite our users and help us achieve our business objectives.
• Find creative ways to solve UX problems and produce best in class UX solutions.
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers, product owners, and management.
• You are able to conduct usability tests using your prototypes.
• Work quickly and effectively on multiple projects. Perfection is the enemy of good, and time is money.

Your profile

• Experienced as a digital designer, UX/user experience designer, interaction designer, or similar, with a focus on product design.
• A design-related degree or equivalent professional qualification or industry experience.
• Great conceptual skills and the ability to communicate ideas with stakeholders through sketches, wireframes, and interactive prototypes (Figma, Framer, Sketch).
• Sound understanding of HTML, CSS, and Javascript when communicating ideas with developers.
• Excellent organization, multitasking and planning skills.
• Ability to be a UX advocate and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Experienced working in multi-disciplinary and cross functional teams.
• Understanding of the technical implications of design decisions and able to work with others on implementation.
