Position Summary:

The Warehouse Operations Coordinator is responsible in assisting the clients Operations Manager for orchestrating the relationship with Neovia and the client within the EMEA Distribution Center in Genk, Belgium.

Reporting to the General Manager, this person will, together with the Clients Operations Manager, monitor the daily tasks related to warehouse management.

He/she will be responsible for developing the communication, setting up meetings, developing follow up tools and team structure between internal stakeholders and the client.

Job responsibilities:

  • Assist the Client Operations Manager in daily tasks related to the warehouse management and relationship with Neovia.
  • Assist the Client Operations Manager in various analysis and meetings preparations.
  • Develop a relationship with the client and act as Single Point of Contact for daily operations (for Client and for Neovia).
  • Contribute to process improvements and cost reduction initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Establish a continuous improvement culture together with the client.
  • Responsible for ensuring tasks and projects of the EMEA Hub are performed on time and in a professional way.
  • Set up regular follow up meetings between Neovia and the Client.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience within (preferably) an outsourced parts distribution environment
  • Good communication skills at all levels
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Good level of English and Dutch, French is nice to have.
