Web System Administrator required for ongoing support & maintenance tasks. Candidates should have experience in maintenance of websites, providing 2nd & 3rd level support, assessing issues and defects and managing change requests -

  • Maintenance of the website
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd level support as required
  • Assess the issues and defects (workload, impact, risks );
  • Resolve functional and technical issues and defects according to the priorities and planning
  • Update and follow-up the issues and defects.
  • Development and implementation of change requests
  • Assess the change requests (workload, impact, risks );
  • Provide functional and technical specification;
  • Develop and implement change requests according to the priorities and planning
  • Update and follow-up the change requests.

Candidates should have min 1 years experience in web support or administration. However, experience in the following is required -

  • Web technologies
  • Java, HTML, Tomcat
  • Redhat
  • PostgresSQL, UTF-8 encoding
  • Jira
