You rock at...

  • launching the recruitment process by determining the profile of the desired candidate in consultation with the Hiring Manager
  • writing a clear job profile and translating it into a promotional vacancy text
  • determining the most suitable recruitment approach and channels per position, monitoring their effectiveness and making adjustments
  • doing the first screenings of interesting candidates and conducting the interviews with the selected candidates
  • Ensuring the best possible candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment funnel
  • Reporting to the Talent Director
You have…
  • At least 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the digital world
  • Experience in a marketing agency is a plus
  • A large network and the ambition to expand it even further
  • Result orientation, independence, stress resistance and a dose of commercial flair.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English.
  • A “can do, no-nonsense” and positive mentality.
