Your challenge

As a Freelance Technical Recruiter, you recruit senior and management profiles with a background in supply chain, IT, or other business operations. You manage the complete selection process, including CV screening, interviewing, recommending candidates to the Management team, and discussing offers with successful candidates.

You Are Responsible For
  • Developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, working closely with internal departments.
  • Engaging with potential hires on social media such as LinkedIn, and positioning OMP as the employer of choice
  • Acting as a point of contact and building influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Your team

As our new Freelance Technical Recruiter, you’ll be part of the global Talent Acquisition team which, in turn fits into the bigger picture of the HR team. Human Resources attracts, supports, and grows talent at OMP. On top of that, this team develops attractive benefits packages and international mobility programs in the interest of our employees.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who meets the following qualifications:
  • Proven work experience as a recruiter, whether in-house or for a staffing agency.
  • Solid ability to conduct various types of interviews, including structured, competency-based, and stress.
  • Knowledge of recruitment channels, such as social media, and tools based.
  • Proven experience in a range of selection processes, such as interviewing via telephone and video, and reference checking.
  • A flexible, proactive attitude, and the ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
