What are we looking for?

We are looking for FREIGHT FORWARDER IMPORT/EXPORT for our office in Antwerp.

You will join an expert team of 11 people.

As a freight forwarder, you compile your own shipments and coordinate the entire transport process from A-Z.

Tasks:

Creating shipments in the TMS system;
Booking shipments with various partners (carriers, shipping companies, trucking companies, warehouses) according to established agreements;
Handling export and import documentation
Giving instructions to the customs team for the preparation of customs documents;
Offer alternative transport solutions to customers or give assistance in case of operational issues
Being responsible for accurate invoicing and data quality.

Are you the perfect fit?

You have already a few years of experience within freight forwarding (seafreight)
Fluent knowledge of Dutch and French, English is a plus
You are fluent in learning new computer programs
You are a team player with a positive attitude
