We are looking for a software developer that has senior experience and maturity

  • it’s important that candidate will not be limited to frontend or backend exclusively
  • takes ownership over our existing Employee Experience applications and is able to clearly identify what he/she needs in order to take that ownership
  • supports the application architect with the best design and development choices to limit and/or manage complexity, contributing to spikes, etc.
  • helps to increase maturity of existing dev team e.g. w.r.t. agile working, quality level of dev colleagues and other roles such as PO, SM, etc.
Profiel

Our client’s technology stack consists of web and mobile FE technologies such as CSS, HTML5, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular while BE dev happens in Java, Spring boot, microservices and cloud-native technologies.

Their methodology is Agile/scrum embracing continuous integration/deployment to keep our feedback loops short
