Position Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking an SAP FICO Consultant to join our growing consultancy team. This dynamic position involves working on client projects as a Keystone Solutions consultant, focusing on implementing, supporting, and optimizing SAP FICO processes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Platform Enhancements:
    • Lead projects to improve the clients current SAP Business Suite on HANA platform.
    • Drive innovation by proposing and implementing scalable enhancements.
  • Solution Maintenance and Support:
    • Manage tickets and resolve incidents to ensure the seamless operation of the SAP FICO solution.
    • Collaborate with client teams to provide efficient and timely support.
  • S/4HANA Transition Projects:
    • Contribute to the migration to SAP S/4HANA, participating in roadmap planning, analysis, and execution phases.
Core Duties:

  • Needs Analysis: Collaborate closely with client project teams and internal SAP specialists to identify business needs, streamline processes, and recommend tailored SAP FICO solutions.
  • Configuration & Customization:
    • Configure the SAP FICO module to align with client requirements, with a focus on Financial Accounting (FI) and a foundational implementation of Controlling (CO).
    • Update functional and technical documentation to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Support & Continuous Improvement:
    • Deliver post-implementation support and troubleshoot SAP FICO issues.
    • Implement continuous improvements to optimize client business processes and enhance solution efficiency.
  • Knowledge Sharing & Training:
    • Train end-users and internal teams on new SAP functionalities and processes.
    • Develop and share best practices documentation to improve project outcomes.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Education:
    • Degree in Computer Science, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.
    • Proven track record in SAP FICO implementations and related projects.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Expertise in SAP FICO, with a strong focus on classic GL within the FI module.
    • Basic understanding of CO implementation.
    • Familiarity with integration between FICO and other SAP modules (SD, MM, PM).
    • Experience with data analysis and SAP reporting tools.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Exceptional communication and client relationship management abilities.
    • Proven capability to handle multiple projects independently.
    • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Language Requirements:

  • French: Native proficiency is essential for collaborating with client teams and stakeholders.
