As a Business Analyst, you are a pioneer for your clients and projects when it comes to customizing the internal transport management system / data warehouse management system.

What exactly do you do?

The logistics implementations and optimizations of customers naturally go hand in hand with the implementation or optimization of our IT systems. A customization of our own developed WMS/TMS is therefore necessary, whereby you are in the lead!

After a thorough analysis of the logistics flows, you translate these into requirements for TMS/WMS.

You then make a concrete project plan together with your colleagues – technical analysts, developers and overarching project managers.

You keep the customer always informed of the further progress of the project.

Of course, this is not limited to one project, but you succeed in simultaneously managing a number of projects.

If you hear an idea? Then you immediately start analysing: what is possible? With your critical eye you can conceptualize and propose things again. You work result-oriented, with attention to risks and quality. You enjoy variety, independent work and teamwork and don’t wait to share interesting ideas with the business or fellow IT people. Listening and talking to the stakeholders during the projects is important. You try to understand every point of view to get everyone on the same page. You are very fluent both orally and in writing,in both Dutch and English.
