For its Fund Administration department, based in Waterloo (Belgium), IFM is looking for a Fund Accountant with experience in illiquid assets, preferably Private Equity.

We expect the candidate to have most of the skills below:
• Degree in a finance/accounting/business management;
• 5 years of experience in accounting. Controlling and audit experience will be considered as well.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills;
• Experience in the Private Equity / Fund industry is a plus;
• Good attention to detail and presentation of information;
• Strong knowledge / willingness to develop knowledge of general accounting rules;
• Ability to handle multiple tasks;
• Excellent communication & organizational skills;
• Able to work independently while being a teamplayer;
• Fluency in English both written and spoken;
• Proficiency in MS Excel required ;
• Knowledge of FIS-Investran is a plus but not a pre-requisite.
