Position Summary

As General Affairs Officer you will join our dynamic and international team in our HQ in Mechelen (Belgium). You will be responsible of the general operations of our offices from 10 European countries.

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Travel management: managing travel arrangements for Sales and HQ colleagues, managing internal approval flow on time and "out of policy" situations, negotiating contracts and following up on issues with suppliers
  • Carfleet management: managing company car administration in 10 European countries, direct contact with suppliers, fuel management, mileage analysis, supporting drivers with questions and urgent incidents, approving invoices
  • Purchasing: developing and fine-tuning procurement processes, developing and maintaining the relationship with suppliers and tenders, negotiating with suppliers in 10 European countries, performing admin tasks related to purchasing

  • Relevant educational background or experience in a similar position
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Communication and time management skills
  • Knowledge of English (Business Proficiency)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
