To strengthen our internal Global Mobility (GM) Team (which is part of central HR), we are currently looking to recruit a Global Mobility Advisor.

As a Global Mobility Advisor you will advise the business and work on projects in order to contribute to the realization of the International Mobility and central HR objectives of the organization. You will:

  • Accurately and timely process the GM files allocated to you - in compliance with immigration, social and tax legislation. These files can be linked to international recruitments, assignments, project workers and new ways of working;
  • Work on projects that result from the translation of the GM Strategy;
  • Participate to the further optimization/ automatization of our processes;
  • Act as an HR Business Partner and provide advice to the business stakeholders in a customer oriented approach;
  • Keep yourself up to date by continuously following-up on the most recent developments and tendencies within your fields, in order to maximize your expert knowledge.

Let’s Talk About You

  • You have knowledge (academic and/or working experience) of Belgian and international immigration, social security and/or taxation;
  • You are able to integrate information into tangible content, solve problems in an efficient manner and are very practical oriented;
  • You have fluent communication skills in Dutch or French and English, both written and spoken;
  • Finally, being interested in reporting, backhand use of tooling, automation and new technologies is a strong asset.
