Job description

For one of our clients in Beerse, we are looking for a Global Practice Recruiter who is responsible for the delivery, implementation and evaluation of the Talent Acquisition Practice Model.

Your tasks consist of:
  • You will build the Talent Sourcing plan and leverage the Global Talent Management strategies
  • You ensure a sustainable candidate pipeline
  • You will maintain a high level of candidate care and service at all stages of the recruitment process
  • You will lead a portfolio and guide internal clients to the best recruitment standards
  • You translate the strategies of the Global Practice Model
  • You are the strategic talent advisor for the Global D&I Strategy
  • You bring in-depth expertise and market knowledge and stay abreast of trends and market changes

    Have you got what it takes?

    • You have a bachelor or master degree in a relevant field
    • You have at least five years of relevant work experience
    • You have a global talent perspective and strong project management skills
    • You have experience of working in a highly matrixed environment
    • Preferably you have knowledge of disruptive technologies affecting healthcare and their implications in the business and talent landscape
    • You have excellent communication skills
    • You are willing to travel as needed
