Mission
To strengthen the Asset Management Department, we are looking for a talented individual and self-motivated profile to fill the position of Global Safety Gap Assessment & Remediation Program Manager.UCB has defined a list of pLCA (Potentially Life Changing Activities), i.e. the HSE risk categories (LOTO, ATEX, PED, Working at height, etc.) that can affect the integrity of employees and therefore change their life. Those pLCA are subject to Engineering’s standards and legal compliance.
The goal of the project is to assess the compliance level of existing assets against those design standards.
You will be responsible of all the gap assessment and the remediation in close relation with our pLCA’s project lead and our third parties engineering office, to identify, quantify, summarize, propose remedial action, and manage the potential risks assets.
During the project, you are able to deep dive technically with experts and to popularize the topics in order to communicate them at different levels including non-technical experts :
- Prepare and schedule pLCA gap assessment with pLCA gap assessment lead and the various stakeholders (technical experts, HSE, area managers, engineering and maintenance, external companies, etc.) and assure to cover all the scope of the project by ordering complementary studies if needed.
- Manage the assessment and remediation teams (composed of External suppliers and internal profiles) at different stages of the whole process.
- Identify the critical risks, and lead the different teams to take the immediate and conservatory actions (ex : safety of people, business continuity, …)
- Coordinate the transformations.
- Lead governances and meetings associated to the program.
- Consolidate/Resume the conclusion of the assessment in a final report (One/two pagers, Powerpoint presentation, …)
- Report the progress status of the technical assessment project (KPI, progress, success, issues, risks, etc.) , budget definition and follow-up
- Review actual gaps assessment and remediation program for each gate by improving/adapting continuously the way of working.
Profile
- Master’s Degree
- Medior or Senior profile required – Min 8 years of experience with 5 years within Project management
- Experience within chemical, pharmaceutical or biotech company is required
- Fluent in French /English.
- Expertise in cGMP and HSE standards (LOTO, ATEX, PED,...) ; Certification (Describe): PM Management or exp. equivalent
