Head of Communication Account Groups, SCOPE, EU Institutions

Our EU Communications team is expanding, and we are looking for you, our next experienced Digital Comms expert – to share your vision and your skills, expand the market, capitalize on your knowledge, bring to reality our clients’ digital communications expectations, and follow through on digital projects from specs to impact assessment!

You will...

• Manage groups of Project Managers, overseeing project performance across the board
• You will meet clients, develop their expectations, and build strong relationships
• Maintain and expand an ever-evolving client and contact list across the EU bubble including European Commission and Agencies
• Convey appropriate briefings and solutions to operational teams
• Provide solutions to information flow issues and improve efficiency
• Align Account Groups performance with overall SCOPE process management
• Maintain complete P&L responsibility for the projects under your supervision
• Work with the team to develop the business at every level
• Organize project management teams to improve performance and client service

JOB REQUIREMENTS

You have...

• University degree in Communications or related discipline
• At least 12 years’ experience as a Senior Project or Account Manager in the field of European Commission communication contracts with emphasis in digital communication
• Demonstrated business development skills in the field of European Communication
• Fluency in English (verbal and written)
• Knowledge of French is considered a plus
