The Opportunity

The Worldline MS CTOO organisation pursues a strategy of Operational Excellence. Operational excellence is a foundation principle of the MS strategy aiming to outperform industry standards in terms of customer experience levels.

You would be responsible for the Industrialization strategy & its deployment, or in other words the continuous aim to align, standardise and thus industrialise our way of working.

You will be a well valued member of the Merchant Services (MS) organisation, the biggest Global Business Line within Worldline, reporting to the COO.

Your role will be twofold; On the one hand you will drive the creation of the industrialisation plan. On the other hand you will manage the proper execution and follow-up of the plan.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Be the expert in fundamentals & best practices for IT processes, IT governance, IT KPI setting, IT operations steering

- Internal transformation to defined accepted Worldline standards

• Capture IT process & governance best practices from the organisation (eg.: DevOps, Agile, Tooling, etc.)
• develop the Operational Excellence fundamentals
• Steer the IT Operations towards these new standards and best practices

-Transform from a country-oriented to a global organization

• From process alignment to operational alignment
• Drive the alignment on how to manage in-house/sourced platforms

-Set up & manage the Industrialization plans

• Define, together with the Operations Management, to build a macro plan aiming at deploying adequate IT Processes, fit for purpose governance, and setting up the right KPI’s to steer the operational performance.
• You will effectively participate in the priorities setting of industrialisation within PTM.
• Effectively implement the IT process industrialisation plan, not only from a management perspective but also from a content perspective
• Monitor & report on the progress of the deployment, be a driving force in achieving milestones

-Support the business in defining & maintaining their operating models within the MS COO organization with regard to Operations

-Maintain visibility on the operational performance

-Ensure Operational KPIs are capture and maintained

-Play a leading role operational integration of new acquisitions into IT operations & our standard best practices.

-Lead a small team of 2.

Your Profile

· Good experience and knowledge in transformation programs as well as IT process & governance management.

· Ability to create a vision and to pull people into your journey.

· Excellent written and spoken knowledge of English as it is the working language in this global role

· A proven experience in IT processes, IT governance, IT reporting, IT management

· Strong ITIL background and knowledge

· Devops Experience would be preferred

· Leadership in working with mid & senior management

· A working experience in an international operational context

· Experience in project management and/or change management

· Willing to travel occasionally
