For our internal and external customers there is a team responding to all customers request going from technical questions to administratieve questions

The new person is assumed to support our customers with following responsibilities:

  • Answer to business customers per mail & per telephone, analyse their needs & finding solutions for them;
  • Answer to tickets logged for end-users (residential & business users) , analyse issues & propose solutions;
  • Ensure the correct dispatching tot he various technical departments;
  • Manipulate several IT platforms very fast in order to identify & solves issues very rapidly;
  • Ensure a good follow-up of the interventions in the field
  • Make administration and reportiong
  • Propose improvement solutions in case needed
  • Escalate issues and report recurring problems

Degree & Experience:

  • technical education in higher education or equivalent experience
  • general ICT Knowledge

  • Office 365

Languages

  • bilingual Dutch and/ or French
  • knowledge of English is an asset
