VistaH is delighted to represent a premier client in their search for an HR & Administration Officer. Your Role and Responsibilities:

HR Responsibilities:

  • Assess and recommend enhancements to HR and administrative policies and procedures.
  • Serve as a prevention advisor, ensuring employee safety in collaboration with the Senior HR Officer.
  • Manage the onboarding process with a focus on IT/infrastructure for newcomers.
  • Respond to employee inquiries
  • Handle fleet management and company mobile phone assignments.
  • Work in tandem with the Senior HR Officer on various administrative and HR duties.
  • Lead efforts in internal communications to foster a transparent and engaging work environment.
  • Organize internal events such as drinks, annual parties, and celebrations for employee birthdays and other milestones, creating a vibrant and cohesive company culture.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Undertake general administrative tasks and projects aimed at improving office operations
  • Ensure the office is maintained to high standards—managing contractors, overseeing deliveries, and ensuring routine maintenance is carried out efficiently.
  • Collaborate with IT support to address any technological issues and manage the procurement of necessary devices.
  • Ensure a welcoming atmosphere for external customers and visitors.
  • Manage the processing and payment of invoices.
  • Oversee the handling of the bank’s mail, ensuring proper distribution to departments, managing bank statements, and overseeing registered letters.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Administration, or a related field.
  • Proactive and motivated by process improvement
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Previous experience is appreciated but not mandatory, in an HR & Administration role
  • Excellent command of English, Dutch, and/or French, with stellar verbal and written communication skills.
