Your Responsibilities

As HR Administrator you are responsible to provide reliable and accurate administrative support for our European Distribution Center.
  • In the payroll & time administration, you provide accurate input of various changes in the organization: time and attendance system and holiday/absences tracking.
  • Administer short and long-term absences according to the described processes.
  • Coordination of HR related processes: training administration, recruitment administration, interim workers etc.
  • Respond to HR queries from blue collar workers and office staff.
  • Support the HR Officer in various administrative tasks. Where required you also have contact with other departments in the company, such as the HR team of our EMEA HQ in Leuven
YOUR PROFILE
  • You have obtained a bachelor’s degree in a Human Resources related field (or equivalent through experience). A first relevant experience in a supportive administration role within HR in an international environment is considered a plus.
  • You have a strong knowledge of MS outlook, Excel, Word and are comfortable with Internet searches.
  • A solid knowledge of Belgian employment law required.
  • A basic knowledge of Eblox is considered a plus.
  • You are a team player, hands-on, stress resilient and eager to learn.
  • You have strong communication skills and are service oriented.
  • You are very accurate and demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.
  • You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and English.
