An international company active in the paper manufacturing industry and located in the North of Limburg is looking for an experienced HR Manager.

An international company active in the paper manufacturing industry and located in the North of Limburg.

Do you have several years of HR experience, are you hands-on, a real change agent and a strong communicator? Then please read on.

Your duties as HR Manager:

* You assist with the recruitment of top talent for all positions in the site to maintain an effective workforce
* You work closely with the production department and provide leadership to the blue and white collars
* You negotiate with unions and participate in union agreements to ensure fair employee relations
* You assist in the development and implementation of talent management programs such as goal management, performance management, succession planning and talent development at all levels of the site
* You support the managers in effectively managing team and individual performance and that way contribute to their development
* You support and advise management on HR-related issues and take the lead in HR projects

The ideal profile as an HR Manager:

* You have a Master degree or equivalent by experience
* You have at least five years of experience in a general HR function, experience within change management is a plus
* You have experience in an industrial environment
* You are fluent in Dutch and English
* You are hands-on, communicatively strong and you are not afraid of change
