You spend 50% of your time providing administrative support and the other 50% working on various HR projects. In short, a challenging and divers position!And You Will Be

• Elaborating various HR projects (onboarding, continuous improvement, HR processes, training and development, …);
• Active participation in the preparation of payroll (for payrolled workers and temp agency workers);
• Administrative onboarding of new employees, preparation of employment contracts, policies, ordering of phones, laptops, etc.;
• Management and follow-up of short and long-term illnesses and labour accidents;
• Management and registration of training courses;
• Contact point for employees with questions concerning social legislation;
• Supporting the HR Manager in ad-hoc activities;
• Preparing and analysing reporting (unions counsil, management meeting, …);
• Managing contacts with temp agencies;
• Checking invoices (temp agencies, training, gifts, …).

• You have a first experience within HR
• You enjoy working in an international and dynamic environment
• You have a strong knowledge of social legislation
• You are structured, orderly and precise
• You have strong language skills (NL, ENG and FR)
• You like to take initiative and can handle a high degree of responsibility
• You thrive in an environment with short communication lines and low hierarchy
