About Ms Aise

MS AISE is a long standing local specialty insurer, providing knowledge based and efficient service propositions to commercial clients. Our strategy is ‘to provide efficient knowledge-based service propositions to our commercial clients based on a dual distribution model (Bespoke and Streamed line business)’. Our corporate (international) approach and an efficient proposition for the SME clients (supported by digitalisation initiatives) will be key to reach our final goal.

About The Job

Job purpose

We are currently looking for a result-oriented HRBP & Country Lead Belgium with strong collaboration,communication and analytical skills.

You will be reporting to the Head of Human Resources AISE and the Country Manager Belgium and be an active member of Belgian leadership team.

This is where you come in.

You can help MS Amlin Belgium to achieve this by:
  • Being a present local HR Business partner, work closely with the country manager and leadership team, support on all employee life cycle topics
  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands and grievances.
  • Supporting the managers and employees to build knowledge utilising HR tools and platform
  • Actively using and supporting HR Analytics, reporting and data
  • Being a member and first point of contact for the Workers Council
  • Collaborating with HR services team to ensure high quality employee experience and providing expertise on legal subjects
  • Working closely with HR Experts in Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and Rewards to ensure optimal local implementation and business support
  • Leading cyclical programs such as performance review cycle, salary review, bonus, promotions, calibration, recognition, budget and incentives.
  • Leading cross-country projects on different HR topics
  • Continuously looking for opportunities to improve the processes, procedures and support provided to the business in the different AISE countries and as part of the HR team
  • Nurturing a positive working environment
What We Are Looking For
  • You know your way in the Belgian labor law environment and HR best practices
  • You have acquired a minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist;
  • You have excellent communication and collaboration skills;
  • You are HR systems savvy and analytical mindset
  • You are responsible, structured and results oriented;
  • You have developed good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint);
  • You have excellent verbal and written knowledge of Dutch, French and English.
