Vinçotte is currently transforming itself into a more customer centric and efficient organization, through different digitalization initiatives. To support us in this transformation, we are currently looking for an ICT Product Owner (m/f/x).

Your role

As a Product Owner (m/f/x) you define, lead and/or implement (transversal) IT projects and programsin order to realize complex cross-functional solutions to optimize and update organizational processes. You will lead a DevOps squadresponsible for a set of applications within one or more well-defined domains within Vinçotte. Managing SLA’sand coordinate operational support related to applicationsunder squad management are also part of the responsibilities.

Key activities:

• Drafting product roadmaps (release, timing, resources,…) in order to realize product enhancements in line with the agreed objectives and expectations of the customer.
• Reporting on the project progress in order to keep the parties involved informed of the evolutions in the project.
• Reporting on the SLAs and operational incidents in order to keep the business stakeholders informed of the achieved quality level of the various applications managed by the squad.
• Putting together and managing the long-term vision regarding the evolution of the application landscape under the management of the squad.
• Ensure that the projects are delivered in line with the agreed results, within the agreed budget and timeline.
• Initiate collaboration between different parties, at different hierarchical levels, in order to realize projects in a constructive and participative way.
• Ensuring collaboration of the employees within the squad, between the squad members and the solution architects and with the product owners/employees of other squads, in order to realize the projects in a constructive and participative way.

Your profile

• Degree:Master level or equivalent through experience.
• Experience: You are a seasoned project/program manager, teamleader/teammanager and/or product owner with demonstrated relevant experience. Preferably experience with agile methodology (leading a DevOps-team) and a solid background in different technologies (knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, Power Apps (portals),…and experience with Azure (Data Lake, Service Bus,…are considered a plus).
• Languages: You are fluent in French, Dutch & English.
• Skills:
• Exceptional time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles.
• Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods.
• Strong business acumen, with a strong sense of leadership and authority.
• Excellent people skills: strong communication and conflict resolution skills & the ability to adjust your communication to your audience.
• Excellent problem-solving and a demonstrated positive attitude: colleagues see you as hands-on, can-do, solutions-oriented and accountable.
• Strong work ethic: disciplined, autonomous, with a strong sense of ownership.
• Result driven mindset: drive & energy to perform and deliver excellent results.
