International organisation has a brand-new requirement for an Immigration Specialist to advise on Belgian immigration legislation. You will provide main point of contact service to a range of high profile corporations, keeping them updated with legislation changes, whilst advising on best labour law practice.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast growing global firm.

Your main responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

  • Subject matter expert providing advice on Belgian immigration legislation
  • Act as an escalation point regarding any complex Belgian immigration queries.
  • Delegate caseloads across team members
  • Work closely with government departments
  • Regularly providing advice and training to changes in legislation
  • Support across global projects covering multiple location
  • Support senior leadership on business development initiatives

You will have strong experience in corporate immigration advising on Belgian legislation. Demonstrated experience of working within a corporate law firm or Big 4 environment is preferred. You will be able to demonstrate up to date and knowledge of current Belgian immigration legislation. Fluency in English and Dutch or French is also key. Ability to build strong client relationships is also key as you will provide a main point of contact service to a range of high profile global executives. Candidates with experience in international employment consulting, international relocation/global mobility or have worked within the immigration office of the interieur would also be of interest.
