Nature and Scope

The Industry 4.0 Domain Manager is accountable for the strategy, architecture, planning, configuration, implementation, adoption and supportof the applications and infrastructures supporting the engineering, industrialization, maintenance engineering, production and quality management. The Industry 4.0 Domain Manager is the manager of a team composed of Project Managers, Business Analysts, Architect and System Engineers. You act at aninternational level, from Europe to US or Asia.

As An Industry 4.0 Domain Manager

• You define the initiatives to be taken to answer business needs based on the Out-of-the-Box technologies of a Make-to-Stock Industry. You identify the resources needed and work to get them.
• You are accountable for leading projects from A to Z. You proactively manage project scope, planning, budget, risks and communication with stakeholders
• You are the interlocutor for the project: You act as a communicator, facilitator and problem solver and manage all aspects of project coordination within the project team
• With your team, you collect the needs of the Business stakeholders and, in cooperation with business analysts and functional analyst, you organize the work to build a technical and sustainable IT solution
• With your team, you lead the project by leading the Business stakeholders in the (re)definition of their business processes, by leading the IT team (internal and/or external) in the configuration, test and implementation of the selected software, and by leading the change within the teams.
• You participate in the definition of the Applicative landscape of the company to make sure it answers the business needs in a consistent way
• With the ICT Corporate Department, you participate in the definition, in the implementation and in the support of the Technical Architecture of the company to make sure it answers the business needs in a consistent way
• With the ICT Corporate Department, you participate in the definition, in the implementation and in the support of the Cybersecurity Measures to make sure the Company is well protected and able to recover.
• You manage the team composed of Project Manager, Business Analyst, Architect and System Engineers. You ensure the personal development and the development of the skills of the members of your team.
• You report the progress of your project to the management and sponsor of your projects
• You report to the Vice President ICT, Digitalization & Performance
  

Required Hard And Soft Skills

• MSc in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in several IT Project Management with full accountability
• Certification in PMI, Prince2 and/or Scrum is a plus
• Expérience > 10 years in the domain
• Excellent knowledge of the Industry 4.0 technologies : deep knowledge in Product Lifecycle Management and Manufacturing Execution system is mandatory.
• Experience in Technical Architecture (Certification is a plus)
• Experience in Business Architecture (Certification is a plus)
• Comfortable with both Project management & Day- to-Day operations management
• Proactive and organized

• Pragmatic and field oriented
• Experience in Change Management – Certification is a Plus.
