The Role

We’re looking for a 2nd Line IT Support Team Lead to join a globally respected IT solutions provider. Based onsite at a client’s facility in Aarschot, Belgium, you’ll take charge of the 2nd Line Support team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing team performance, and overseeing the resolution of technical challenges.

This is a full-time onsite position, offered on a 1-year fixed-term contract at €265 per day, with a strong potential for extension.

What’s Required?

To excel as an IT Support Team Lead, you’ll need:

  • Proven experience in IT support
  • A track record of leading teams in a technical support setting
  • Expertise in Office365 Exchange Online administration and Active Directory
  • Knowledge of Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS operating systems
  • Experience troubleshooting Windows 10/11, Citrix, VPNs, and mobile device management (including Intune) is advantageous
