You lead the plan-do-check-act (PDCA) process of the site quality management system and report results to the quality section manager.

How You Will Contribute

You will support elements of the site’s quality system, including internal documentation and change management control including quality policies amendments and registration of internal and external documentation, internal audits, effective PDCA cycles and CAPA system management and management review. In addition, you will coordinate the eQCMS bi-annual review, handle consumer complaints from start to finish, and serve as a key contact for food regulatory agency inspection and contacts management.

Le rôle de l’ingénieur Assurance Qualité est de superviser et contrôler l’adhésion aux normes Qualité et Sécurité Alimentaire au sein de l’usine de Namur, afin de garantir la conformité des produits tant aux règles locales qu’aux règles propres à Mondelez.

Votre mission :

  • Suivre l’adhésion aux exigences Qualité de Mondelez de l’usine
  • Mettre à la disposition de la production des procédures, instructions et enregistrements HACCP, ISO et GMP
  • Informer, former et sensibiliser le personnel de production au respect des règles et procédures établies
  • Assurer le développement, la coordination, l’exécution et le suivi des plans d’action concernant l’amélioration continue de la qualité et de la sécurité alimentaire dans son domaine de responsabilités
  • Être support à la production en apportant son expertise QA dans la résolution de problèmes et mise en place d’actions préventives et correctives
  • Être le support iQS
  • Participer aux tests organoleptiques
  • Assurer le suivi des essais en coordination avec la R&D, le BD Manager et son équipe.
  • Assurer la vérification et l’étalonnage des instruments/références « poids » de la production (balances de production, poids de référence, tares).
  • Participer aux audits externes ( HACCP, ISO, Corporate, Afsca….), et aux audits internes
  • Assurer les suivis des plaintes
  • Assurer les commandes de matériel nécessaire à l’amélioration de la qualité
Formation - expérience

  • Diplôme universitaire ingénieur agro + 3 ans d’expérience (de préférence)
  • Bonnes connaissances des méthodes de production et des standards de qualité, des règles en matière d’hygiène et de sécurité (GMP, ISO, HACCP) et des principes de la métrologie
