Inside Sales Officer M/W/X

Head office in Brussels in a co-working space with other young, dynamic companies, Soon moving to Stllantis premises. Our branch in Belgium is still in start-up mode (small but nice) but is supported by 2 big headquarters in Rome and Turin. Leasys is the official LTR of FCA in Europe.

The Sales Support and Direct Sales will have the responsibility for the development and ongoing performance of the Sales activities of Leasys in relation to direct sales and indirect sales through dealer network.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• You are responsible for the development and implementation of direct Leasys customer acquisition and communication.
• You are in charge of building a strong and long term relationship between dealer network and Leasys as well as with the direct customers and prospects over the phone.
• In collaboration with your colleagues of the Operation department, you develop and launch new and existing product portfolios for Long term rental, with specific requirement to ensure that the product & services are fit to increase volume and services penetration.
• You increase Leasys customer portfolio, using direct mail, email and telephone based marketing.
• You provide sales support for Broker activities aimed at establishing an independent presence of Leasys on the Private Lease market.
• You create contracts and collect all necessary documents to present complete files to the Credit Department. You follow up orders and are the contact for our customers and dealers until delivery of the vehicle.
• Being part of a team, you help your colleagues on different tasks when needed.

What are we looking for?

• You have a bachelor degree (sales / marketing)
• You are a born Salesman/woman.
• You have at least one year of experience in a Sales Position
• You speak and write easily in French / Dutch and also have a good level of English for the contacts with our Italian colleagues at HQ.
• You have the ability to optimise performances.
• You have the ability to build relationships, negotiate at board level and influence others to optimise performance.
