Internal Communications Specialist – Zone Europe

We are offering a dynamic international working environment with numerous opportunities for development within the Corporate Communication & ESG Engagement team of Nestlé Europe based in Brussels, Belgium.

Main Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing corporate communications plans and activities to support the Zone Europe priorities and drive employee engagement
• Liaising with markets across the Zone for coordinated execution of the communications plans
• Managing editorial content calendar for all owned channels
• Producing and creating content and engaging supporting visual materials (infographics, animations, videos, etc.)
• Supporting internal & external corporate events and initiatives
• Designing & writing articles for the Zone Europe Newsletter
• Managing Corporate Social Network and Intranet
• Project coordination with agencies
  
  

What will make you successful?

• Experience in communications 1-2 years
• Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in communication, marketing, Public Relation, or similar.
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Good project and event management skills
• Passion for designing and developing creative assets to drive audience engagement and attraction
• Hands-on video and graphic design, with knowledge of the Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator & After Effects)
• Knowledge of digital, AI, and communication trends
• A collaborative style with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Relationship building and collaboration: capable of building communication, trust and credibility at various organizational levels with cross-functional collaboration.
