The Automotive Aftermarket division is responsible for selling and delivering products and services to the independent dealer market (IAM).

At the Customer and Logistics Service, we are in contact with important clients in France and Benelux. We create a bridge between warehouses, forwarding agents and the clients whilst maintaining an enormous amount of data. Currently we are transforming from a regional organization to one European organization to improve our supply chain processes.

Job Description

Your mission will be to support our Back Office team.

Customer and supply chain topics:

• Support in follow-up of promotions and audit checks
• Managing customer master data
• Update Procedure documentation
• Presentations / Documentations with PowerPoint

Diverse projects:

• Project : EDI analyze, VMI, Virtual collaboration, EU work package
• CRM “Max” roll-out

Qualifications

You are currently a student with a structured mindset. You are not afraid of taking responsibility and you are fluent in English.

Added you are keen on working with IT systems and SAP. Above all you need to have a deep knowledge of MS Excel + (VBA) / PowerPoint.

Additional Information

If you are a student enrolled in a Belgian University/College you will be granted travel reimbursement and meal vouchers.

If you are a student enrolled in a University/Collegeoutside of Belgium (or if you are available for a voluntary internship outside a university curriculum) you will be granted an allowance of € 850/month.

• If you want to apply for a voluntary internship, you must be a citizen of the EU or have a EU residence permit that allows you to work in Belgium.
• In case, you need to do a mandatory internship, your University/College must be located in a European Union country.

Starting date: April 2022
