About The Job

As a Recruitment & Learning Coordinator you will be part of the HR Expertise team, including Talent Management & Recruitment, Rewards and Learning & Development. You will work closely with different stakeholders in the wider HR team (HR Manager, HRBP’s, Payroll & admin,…) In this role, you will also build & maintain strong working relationships with our business stakeholders within the different departments and external partners.

In this role, you will be responsible for
  • Booking and coordinating Candidates interviews with all relevant parties Hiring managers, Talent manager, HRBPs and candidates.
  • Sending all parties clear and efficient information to ensure the recruitment process runs efficiently.
  • Planning training sessions and coordinating communication with participants
  • Planning the technology & logistics for the interviews and trainings scheduling online & virtual rooms, meeting rooms.
  • Creating and following up of the necessary purchase orders and invoices.
  • Coordinating and analyzing feedback surveys in order to improve our stakeholders satisfaction.
Within this role we offer a high flexibility in terms of working location. You can be based in Brussels or Ghent, or travel between both locations if you like, in combination with homeworking.

About You
  • You have excellent coordination & communication skills
  • You are process minded and have attention to detail to ensure the logistics of our process run seamlessly
  • You are comfortable using technology such as Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook in HR.
  • You are passionate about Stakeholders satisfaction
  • You are fluent in English (verbal and written) and preferably can also speak and write Dutch or French
