Main purpose of the internship:

When joining Unilever in Belgium, you will get the opportunity to have an impact on a leading-edge company and our outstanding brands. During this internship you will get real responsibilities that will provide you with a good insight into the organisation and support your personal development.

Within our different marketing teams, you will have the chance to experience crafting brands for life and help develop our brand personalities and strategies. You will have the opportunity to make your ideas come true and work on dynamic and innovative projects where you will learn from the best of the best.

Your key responsibilities and accountabilities could be (amongst others):

• Design and creative projects: stakeholder management for the design of communication assets

• Brand Innovation: innovation projects and brand (re)launches

• Analysis and Research: strategic, market and consumer analysis, category analysis

• Digital Marketing: digital analyses, social media management, e-commerce

• Brand Activation: communication plans, customer and store activations

• General Marketing: contact with local markets, project management

What we ask:

• You must be enrolled as a Bachelor or Master student from a University, Business School or equivalent during the entire internship.

• You are available for a minimum of 3 months and ideally for 6 months (at least 32 hours a week).

• You are fluent in English + Dutch or French.

• You are a team player with a strong sense of responsibility.

• You are a self-starter, able to work autonomously.

• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and feel comfortable with data analysis.

• You are able to work with a diversity of people and teams.

• You are familiar with MS office tools in particular Excel and Powerpoint.
